Aging gracefully is not a term I like to use. To me it implies that there’s nothing you can do about it. Kind of like giving up, right?
It’s true! We can’t stop aging indefinitely. We’re all going to grow old and leave this world. That’s inevitable and out of our control. But, how fast we age and the quality of our lives, are very much under our control. We CAN change those things. Sometimes rapidly.
